CollabWorx is an end-to-end provider of the on-line, secure, high performance, and multi-platform collaboration, communication, command and control, and distributed learning solutions.

The CollabWorx Secure Real-Time Collaboration (SRTC) Platform is based on patented, event-sharing technology, providing accredited secure communications for voice, video, instant messaging, browsing, and file and application sharing and many more features. With CollabWorx, companies can deploy either off-the-shelf or customized scalable collaboration solutions at a fraction of the cost and with greater flexibility as compared to competitors' offerings.

The CollabWorx Platform is in use in a number of advanced collaborative environments for the Federal government as well as education and commercial sectors. These include NASA, US Army Combined Arms Support Command, Army Training Support Center, Syracuse University, Old Dominion University, leading Fortune 2000 customers like HP, Sprint, Global Power Equipment Group, and Collaborative Application Service providers like Metronet or Video4U.

The CollabWorx team has spent five years on pioneering research at Syracuse University's Northeast Parallel Architectures Center. Funded through DARPA,the team developed and patented the first Web-based,
person-to-person collaboration framework. Today, Collabworx continues its tradition of incorporating leading-edge research into commercial products by creating the most advanced, Enterprise-class solutions for
secure collaboration and distance learning.

The CollabWorx Interactive platform enables CollabWorx and its partners to quickly deploy COTS solutions or to develop tailor-made, secure solutions for collaboration, communication and distance learning and training.

Background

CollabWorx, based in Syracuse, New York, operates additional offices in New York City metropolitan area and in Virginia. The company provides its advanced technology and support to channel partners, federal and commercial customers and Universities in the US and Europe. Customers include CA (former Computer Associates), SAIC, Raytheon, CSC, C2 Technologies, Global Information Systems Technology, Progressive Expert Consulting, and many departments of the United States Army.
