In addition, portal supports secure data storage service, a system that allows an ultra-secure but group-enabled access to remotely stored documents.

Secure Collaborative Portal is a framework that allows a service provider to set up within hours a fully customizable service as a secure collaborative and interaction space, and to replicate it arbitrary a number of times for different sponsors. Further, the framework allows for nearly instant setup of the hierarchical group system, each group having access to carefully regulated and manageable set of services and corresponding document repositories. It also supports finely tuned user privileges policy mechanism.

This solution reduces a customary labor-intensive process of providing collaborative services to a few step process. The framework is extensible and it allows easy addition of services of any nature (say, fax, or voice-enabled instant messaging), under the uniform security policy.

Hooks for various billing models are provided via database backend event logging.
